Question to you mark and anyone with cool flo light bulbs is the base suppose to be crooked? 
It came that way 2 days ago and haven't tried plugging it in until today Edit: heres what it looks like

Strange....that screw in base looks REALLY messed up. Must have been a machine malfunction at the production plant.
Feel free to call TubeTape. I'm sure they'll send you some more bulbs free of charge....they are very helpful.

ya they sent a new one thank god now i can do green screen sorta and have the proper lighting
