vegas question Empty vegas question

Hi all, quick question, I'm trying to lock my video track and audio track but I can't seem to find the button that does that, I want to move my video track and have the audio track follow with it. The version of vegas that I have is Vegas Movie studio platinum 9.0.

I'm not sure if Vegas Movie studio platinum 9.0 works much differently however in Vegas 8 Pro you hit the "Ignore Event Grouping" key when you have the two pieces of media selected on the timeline.

Now that will link the audio and video, if you want to "lock" the media on the timeline so you cant move it or mess with it at all, right-click on it and there should be something under "Switches" to lock that.

hey how r u??....i watched ur sony vegas tutorials they r really amazing n helpful for new users lyk me...i wanted to ask dat i use sony vegas pro 9.0 n the transition dat should be there arent there it says dat there r no plug ins n u have to reinstall this program...but it took me ages to download this one so can u plz plz plz tell me how to make transition available without reinstalling the program?
