Video production speech

I soon have to do a presentation at the subject Dutch, and I thought it would be a great idea if I'd do my speech about video production.

My idea is to show my workflow from pre-production, all the way to the final cut, where I'll use a project in which a terrorist blows up a building (done with very explosive AfterEffects ), all shown with PowerPoint.

The presentation has to take about 10 minutes, so I'll have to perform a very brief speech.

So I though of going over the following subjects:
PRE-PRODUCTION:
-brainstorming
-scriptwriting and storybord.

PRODUCTION
-??

POST-PRODUCTION:
-edition (premiere)
-visual effects (afterFX)
-color correcting
-more?

ENDING:
-I'll show the final cut.
-conclusion

But the problem is that I can tell so much about production (e.g. the camera, lighting, audio and of course the back stage catering ) that I don't know which to choose.


Anybody got some ideas?

Go over the basics of the production stage.

Camera movements
Basic 3 point lighting
Basic production effects such as colored lights...
You can probably talk about the gear used as well such as the camera and mics.
