Rendering problems with Vegas 11

Help me Obi 1 you're my last hope...

Appologies if this problem has appeared and been answered in a previous post?
I make short wildlife films nothing fancy just Cam stuff which I upload to blogger and bore my friends with,
However I have a re-occuring problem which I can't seem to figure out but hopefully one of you guys can.
I film using a Panasonic HDC-SD900,
I film clips in 1080p,
I edit it in Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0,
I match media setting to my clip and all seems well...
Looks fine on playback in the preview window.
I upload it to Youtube,It renders and uploads, but any of the faster moving scenes uploaded have become blured/double imaged?

If I upload the same clip using Windows Movie Maker this problem doesn't occur.
I'm guessing I may have the wrong render setting?
If so...What should it be?
What am I doing wrong...? confused

ANY advice would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like interlacing as seen here:

The fix would be to de-interlace your media. This can be done easily in Premiere but I'm not a Sony editor so you'll have to look into the manual in program to see how it's done.
