How does he do this?

I find this video funny https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZN5PoW7_kdA how ever how does he make the mouth and eyes move? What type of software is he using? Thanks for any help.

There are just so many different softwares that could be used these days to make something like that but if I were doing the production I would do the following.

Have two actors put on colored makeup and say their lines in front of a tripod mounted camera being sure not to move around too much....sitting in a chair helps you stay still.
After they say the lines, import the footage into a program that can make a good mask. I prefer and use After Effects from Adobe....but it's a high priced program for the pros.
Cut out three shapes with the mask/pen tool in AE and put a feather on the edge of those masks.
Place the actors under the fruit layer and position things up to make everything fit well.

This type of production really isnt that hard but can be a challenge to get done with the lower end software that can't do masking and such.
Vegas does do masking however I'm not really sure how to do it with that program as I normally work with the Adobe or Avid products.

If you look closely, he is using the same side eye for from each actor. What software could he be using that would allow him to do that? Looks like he cut and moved the same-side eye, x2, and moved the mouth upwards from were its orientation would be on a real person. Clever. My daughter is a fan of annoying orange; she was the first to introduce me to his videos =].
