Hi! What's the difference between Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere? I want to buy one of them.
Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the forums Green.

Premiere is used to get your video into one piece as well as is used to capture from the camera.
After that you import into After Effects to do things like special effects, motion titles, or abstract backgrounds for things like green/blue screens.

If you have a choice between the two, start with Premiere as it's the only one that allows you to capture from a camera and start working with your footage. You can do a lot with it alone such as lower thirds however overall, After Effects is a very nice addition in the future.
