Hey guys found a very good instructional video of 3 point lighting, Let me know wha tyou think?

Hey guys I am still learning lighting and this video really explained to me exactly what 3 point lighting does.
It is very informative.
Also they are selling a kit that they are demonstarting.
How does this kit compare to the mxlight kits from tube tape.

I really think its cool that he uses a gold reflector to reflect the light instead of using another light. The lighting is very good, and it saves on electic and added heat to the room, by using only one light and a reflector with a back light also if needed.
The lighting looks very professional.
What are your thoughts?
