help with sony vegas capturing video

ok i have a problem i was useing vegas movie studio platinum 9.0 to record with my capture card and it was working fine but then i clicked options>closed captioning and now its checked and i cant record i dont know how to uncheck it im not getting the option too. Please Help.

In my version of Vegas, (Pro 8) it allows me to click it many times to turn CC on or off.
If it won't let you turn yours off, look into the "Preferences" of the capture window to make sure nothing there is set wrong.
